- Students begin at square one, learning the foundation of accounting principles. As the language of business, accounting is essential to business professionals.  This course is taught by Jeff Hawkins, CCE- Credit Manager with Ferguson.

The Credit Administration Program (CAP) provides participants with a solid foundation of knowledge and prepares applicants for the CBA designation proficiency exam. The CAP program includes the following courses:  Business Credit Principles, Basic Financial Accounting and  Financial Statement Analysis I.
