Credit 103 - Offered on July 15 OR November 18, 2026
Credit 103 is designed for mid-level credit professionals who would like to learn where they fit into the corporate structure and give them tools, which are not widely talked about, and creating a positive impact on the mission of their credit department. This course is interactive and will include scenarios that will teach students ways to use the tools presented in the class.

• The role of the credit department within an organization
• An ethical look at the credit department
• Choosing professional vendors
• Putting the pieces together, how to use the tools
• The importance of education and obtaining your certification

All classes will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m CT virtually via Zoom. 

Members: $230 per class

NACM Exam Schedule

NACM’s online exam site opens at 8am ET, 7am CT, 6am MT, 5am PT.

Test takes should plan to begin their test no later than by 2pm ET, 1pm CT, 12noon MT and 11am PT.

This will ensure ample time to complete the test before the exam site closes down at 6pm ET, 5pm CT, 4pm MT and 3pm PT.

Duration of the Test

The CBA test candidates are allowed up to three hours in which to complete the exam.  

The CBF test candidates are allowed up to three and a half hours in which to complete the exam. 

The CCE test candidates are allowed up to four hours in which to complete the exam.

The exam is timed and the test candidate can see a countdown clock. Once an exam is started, it must be completed and submitted. Please double check that your exam candidate has set aside the appropriate time for the exam.

With IEEPA authority no longer available, the administration has moved to impose tariffs under alternative statutory frameworks. The final briefing of our three-part tariff series will end with a practical examination of the current tariff landscape and its operational implications. Topics will include Section 122, Section 232 and Section 301 duties, real-world import cost considerations, and how finance and credit teams can incorporate tariff variability into financial planning and supplier agreements.
