On Oct. 10, 2019, credit professionals gathered at Embassy Suites in Bloomington, Minnesota, for the annual NACM North Central Fall Forum. The event featured a presentation from Kit Welchlin about more effective workplace communication across multiple generations.

During breakfast, attendees received a report on recent NACM North Central activities. Judy Perttula, CBF, credit manager at Lyman Lumber Company, received the 2019 James A. McIntyre Mentoring Award for sharing her insights and knowledge not only within her company, but with fellow NACM North Central members.

Thank you to attendees, speakers and allied members for making this year’s Fall Forum a great success.
